David Mcilwaine is a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach who has worked with various sports teams and academies, including Sussex Cricket, Leeds Force academy, and England & Wales Cricket Board. David has also had a successful career as a professional rugby player for Yorkshire Carnegie and Ulster Rugby. David holds a Master of Science degree in Strength & Conditioning from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Ulster University.
