Luke Honeybourne

Coach Development at Sussex RFU

Luke Honeybourne has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Luke started their career in 2014 as a Coach Educator at the Rugby Football Union, where they also served as a Volunteer for the RWC 2015 Pack. In 2015, they joined Harlequin FC as a Community Coach and later worked at Pearson Education Services Private Limited as a Standards Verifier. In 2018, they became a DPP (Dynamic Player Development) coach at Harlequin FC. Luke also worked at Sussex RFU as a Coach Development professional, taking on the responsibility of coaching U15 girls County team. In 2019, they transitioned into the education sector as an Assistant Head Teacher at Seahaven Academy.

Luke Honeybourne attended the University of Chichester from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching.
