Tamina Ogrin

Coordinator, Stakeholder Engagement Operations at Sustainable Apparel Coalition

Tamina, who is based in the Netherlands, is responsible for providing administrative support to the Stakeholder Engagement team in order to enable efficient operations. She reports to Carolina van Loenen, Senior Manager for Stakeholder Engagement. Tamina ensures that the Stakeholder Engagement team’s communications and work procedures are more efficient by utilising a variety of technological platforms. She also serves as the organization’s administrative liaison with SAC members.

Before joining the SAC, Tamina was a project intern at ASKV, a non-profit organisation that provides legal and social support to undocumented refugees. She was responsible for maintaining contact with participants and volunteers, establishing partnerships with other initiatives alike, recruiting participants, and conducting intake interviews. Prior to that, Tamina worked for a children’s organisation in Ljubljana for several years, coordinating the planning and execution of numerous private and school events for children, in addition to other administrative and office duties.

Tamina completed a bachelor’s degree in analytical sociology at the University of Ljubljana before earning a master’s degree in sociology at Utrecht University with a focus on criminology and safety.
