Kayla Colyard has experience in education management, event planning, marketing, and caretaking. Kayla has worked with organizations such as SDG Academy, UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network – Youth, and Soulful Impact, LLC. Kayla has also taught English as a Second Language in Thailand and has a strong background in community outreach and disaster response with the American Red Cross. Kayla holds multiple degrees in business administration, international development, and human services.
Sustainable Development Solutions Network
Launched by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in August 2012, the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) mobilizes scientific and technical expertise from academia, civil society and the private sector in support of sustainable development problem-solving at local, national, and global scales. The network promotes integrated approaches to the interconnected economic, social and environmental challenges confronting the world. The SDSN works closely with United Nations agencies, multilateral financing institutions, the private sector and civil society. Projects we support include the World Happiness Report, the SDG Index and Dashboards Report and the SDG Academy (free online courses from the world's leading experts on sustainable development).
