Liliana Mihart

Liliana Mihart has a strong background in data services and product management. Liliana started their career at the Career Development Center as an HR Manager from December 2010 to December 2011. Liliana then joined SSIF Romcapital S.A. as an intern from November 2011 to February 2012. In 2012, they joined Sustainalytics and held various roles, including Analyst, Researcher, Senior Advisor, Manager, Data Services, Associate Director, Data Services, Director, Data Services, and currently Director, Digital Products. Throughout their tenure at Sustainalytics, they have been responsible for ESG data delivery, overseeing data consultants and scientists, leading cross-functional projects, managing product upgrades, and improving client experience. Their expertise includes managing data vendors, change management strategies, and quality assurance.

Liliana Mihart obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from the West University of Timisoara in the years 2007-2010. Liliana then pursued a Master's degree in Financial Markets from the same university during 2010-2012. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022, Professional Agile Leadership (PAL) and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in 2020, and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2019. Liliana also holds certifications in project management, IT service management, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, among others.
