Oana Crisan is an experienced professional in the field of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) research, currently serving as an ESG Research Manager and Team Lead at Sustainalytics since January 2015, where Oana focuses on incidents related to major companies in the Food industry. Prior to this role, Oana held various positions at Sustainalytics, advancing from Analyst to Associate. Oana’s earlier experience includes a role as a Copywriter at BALDEMIA, where Oana edited articles across a broad range of topics, and as a PR Assistant at Smithfield Prod, contributing to the company's public relations and corporate social responsibility strategies. Oana holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Advocacy and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies from West University of Timisoara.
