Ramit Nagyal, MHRM, ICF-ACC has extensive experience in people development, leadership, and learning in various global organizations. Ramit currently holds the position of Director of People Development at Morningstar Sustainalytics, where they are responsible for driving organizational success and cultivating an engaged and empowered workforce. Prior to this, Ramit served as the Senior Manager Leadership at BMO Financial Group, spearheading strategic talent initiatives for a large number of employees and branches globally. Ramit also worked at Ernst & Young in roles such as Learning Specialist Strategic Projects and Assistant Director of HR, playing a key role in creating impactful learning solutions and implementing the People Agenda. Ramit has a strong background in management development and training, having worked at HSBC as an Associate Vice President and at HP as a Senior Soft Skill Trainer. Ramit began their career as a Consultant at MindSpeed and later took on the role of Quality Assurance Team Leader at Hiranandani Software & Systems Pvt. Ltd. Ramit Nagyal, MHRM, ICF-ACC has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and Accommodation Management from The University of Huddersfield. Ramit also holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from York University. Ramit further pursued a certification as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Ramit is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
