Reshma Shaikh

Reshma Shaikh is an accomplished professional currently serving as Head of AI Transformation at Eversheds Sutherland since January 2024. Previously, Reshma was a Founding Member of Chief, the only private membership network supporting women executive leaders, from January 2023 to March 2024. Reshma's extensive background at Springer Nature from 2013 to 2023 includes the role of VP Strategy and Operations, where significant achievements involved establishing an AI center for enablement, driving enterprise AI adoption, and innovating through emerging technologies. Additionally, Reshma acted as Chief of Staff to the COO and held various directorial positions, including Director of Digital Systems and Director of Programme Management, focusing on scaling digital capabilities and managing substantial budgets. Reshma also chaired the Board of Directors at Crossref from March 2022 to February 2023 and has a consulting background with ThoughtWorks. Reshma holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
