Lee Kile

Lee Kile, UXC, is a seasoned UX research professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Design Researcher at Sutherland Labs since July 2023, Lee previously held senior roles at FFW and Waste Management, focusing on qualitative and quantitative UX research, user testing, and team leadership. Lee's career includes significant contributions to redesign projects for prominent organizations such as Invesco US and Continental Airlines, as well as experience as a Director of Digital Design at Universal American. Lee founded and directed Merging Design, showcasing expertise in business development and account management, while earning a BA in English and Psychology from Trinity University.
