Michael Shannon has extensive experience in client development and sales leadership, having served as VP Client Partner at Sutherland and Group Vice President, Client Development at Alorica. Previously, Michael held the position of EVP Sales & Marketing at SIGMA Marketing Group and worked as VP of Client Development at Harris Interactive. Michael also served as Regional Vice President at Gartner, Inc. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Allegheny College.
