Namrata Singh

Namrata Singh is a Data Analyst at Sutherland since May 2023 and previously served as an Industrial Engineering Intern at SHYAM METALICS AND ENERGY LIMITED from May to November 2022. During the internship, significant improvements were made by reducing the Turnaround Time (TAT) of dispatch vehicles through process mapping and optimizing vehicle utilization in the DRI department, effectively decreasing the number of vehicles from 14 to 8. Namrata holds a Master of Technology in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, obtained in 2023, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhansi, completed in 2020.
