Rachel Spencer serves as the Director of Human Resources at Sutherland since June 2019, overseeing HR strategies for a diverse workforce of over a thousand employees. With extensive experience in human resources management and labor relations, Rachel has held leadership roles at Golden Nugget Las Vegas, Brady Linen Services, and the State of Nevada Department of Personnel, where responsibilities included strategic planning, policy development, compliance with labor laws, and employee engagement initiatives. Rachel possesses an MBA in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management/Marketing from DeVry University.
