Rash Gandhi

Rash Gandhi currently serves as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Data Architecture and Strategy at Sutherland, having joined in February 2024 to lead the Data & Analytics unit, focusing on global data strategy and digital transformation growth. Prior to this role, Rash was with Boston Consulting Group from May 2015 to February 2024, where positions included Associate Director, Partner & Associate Director of Data and Digital Platforms, and Principal, specializing in Big Data Technology and Architecture. Rash's expertise encompasses developing business-aligned IT strategies, transforming application development and maintenance, and conducting technical health checks to mitigate risks in programs. Rash holds a degree from the University of Wolverhampton, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
