Dayson Friaça Moreira

Dayson Friaça Moreira, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in the field of biopharmaceuticals and scientific research. Dayson currently serves as a Senior Scientist at Sutro Biopharma, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Scientist at Xencor from September 2020 to April 2021. From April 2017 to September 2020, they held the position of Staff Scientist at City of Hope and also served as a Post Doctoral researcher from April 2012 to April 2017 at the same institution. Dayson started their academic career as an Assistant Professor at UNIFIEO - Centro Universitário FIEO from January 2011 to February 2012. Dayson pursued their Ph.D. at Universidade de São Paulo from February 2008 to January 2012, and prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in Science (Pharmacology) from the same university from February 2005 to June 2007.

From 2001 to 2004, they attended Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ciências Biológicas. Following this, they continued their academic journey at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2005 to 2011. During this period, they successfully completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pharmacology.
