Nicholas Roberts

Nicholas Roberts has had a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Nicholas started their career in 2011 as a Computer Technician at Hub Technical Services. Nicholas then worked at Personal, Inc. as a Form Operations specialist in 2014 before moving on to Atlantic Media where they served as an IT Support Specialist from 2014 to 2017. Roberts then joined Percolate Inc. as an IT Support Engineer from 2017 to 2019, and later transitioned to the role of Systems Engineer at the same company until 2019. In 2020, they joined Jama Software as an IT Services Specialist and then moved to Suvoda, where they have held various roles, including IT System Administrator II, Senior IT System Administrator II, and currently as a Systems & Integrations Administrator, Group Lead since 2023.

Nicholas Roberts holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Language and Area Studies & Business Administration from American University. Nicholas also pursued Russian Language and Culture studies at Saint Petersburg State University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Okta Certified Administrator and Okta Certified Professional from Okta, Jamf 300 (Formerly CCA) from JAMF Software, Google Apps Certified Administrator from Google, Jamf 200 (Formerly CCT) from JAMF Software, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft.
