Linju Varughese

Linju Varughese has an extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and management. Starting in 2007 as an HR Executive at Juniper Networks, they later moved to CLERYSYS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED as an Account Manager/ Team Lead. From 2011 until 2022, they served as a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition at Orion Innovation, focusing on expanding the company's presence in India. Currently, Linju holds the position of Associate Director - Talent Attraction at Suyati Technologies since 2022.

Linju Varughese completed their primary and secondary education at Emirates National School from 1987 to 1994. Linju then pursued a 12th-grade education at Marthoma College from 1999 to 2001. Following this, they completed their Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology at Panimalar Engineering College from 2001 to 2005. Linju went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from Sathyabama University from 2005 to 2007.
