Rachel Ambroziak has extensive experience in talent attraction and recruitment roles within the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Rachel currently serves as the Associate Director for Talent Attraction at Blueprint Medicines, where they are dedicated to delivering the best possible outcomes for patients. Prior to their role at Blueprint Medicines, Rachel worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Gilead Sciences, where they contributed to the development and commercialization of innovative medicines. Rachel also held senior recruitment positions at The Steely Group, Advanced Clinical, MedFocus, Bridge Personnel Services, PA Staffing, and HR Business Staffing. Rachel's expertise in clinical recruitment has made their a valuable asset to various pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies nationwide.
