Jessica Jonsson has over a decade of experience in customer service and administration within the insurance and retail sectors. Currently serving as Processägare direktreklam and Försäkringsadministratör at Svedea since January 2015, Jessica collaborates with colleagues to manage digital customer service and administration related to the private business area. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Kundservicemedarbetare at Gjensidige from September 2013 to December 2014, and gained sales experience as a Säljare at MQ Marqet AB from December 2009 to October 2013.
