Eva Ståhlemar

Eva Staneva serves as the Local Leader in Sofia for the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) since August 2021, where responsibilities include organizing meetups and nurturing local design talent. Staneva has extensive experience in product design and user experience, having held key roles at various companies such as DataCore Software as a Senior UX Designer and Product Design Lead at ICB. Notable achievements include leading design initiatives for SaaS products and fostering cross-functional collaboration. In addition to roles in design leadership, Staneva contributes as a Design Coach at adplist.org and has a strong educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics from Plovdiv University. With a career spanning over a decade, Staneva has developed a comprehensive skill set in user-centered design, team leadership, and mentoring in the tech industry.
