Ann-Leena Mikiver

Ann-Leena Mikiver has a range of work experience in the field of communications. Ann-Leena'smost recent role was as the Head of Communications at Sveriges Riksbank since February 2013. In this position, they led a team of 21 communication professionals and was responsible for building trust and facilitating communication with various stakeholders. Ann-Leena also led the FSPOS network, focusing on coordinated crisis communication in the financial sector. Prior to this, Ann-Leena worked at AstraZeneca as the Director of Media Relations from March 2009 to January 2013. Ann-Leena also held the role of VP and Head of Internal Communications at TeliaSonera from June 2006 to February 2009. Ann-Leena'sexperience also includes working as a Communication Partner and Head of Information Retail Banking Sweden at Nordea from January 2001 to June 2006. Before that, they worked as the Redaktionschef/Managing Editor at Privata Affärer from March 1998 to December 2000, as a News anchor/editor at TV8 from August 1997 to February 1998, and as the Biträdande redaktionschef at Veckans Affärer from October 1990 to July 1997.

Ann-Leena Mikiver attended Heleneholmsskolan in Malmö from 1976 to 1979, but did not earn a degree or pursue any specific field of study during this time. Later, they enrolled at Lund University from 1980 to 1984 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
