Harald Hovenkamp Msc, MA, is an experienced professional in the hospitality and service management field, currently serving as a part-time docent at Deltion College since February 2023, focusing on restaurant theory and event management. In addition to teaching, Harald is an author of works exploring the role of hospitality in hospital environments, rooted in inductive and ethnographic research conducted in two major Dutch hospitals.
