Olha Ch. has a work experience as an IT Recruitment Researcher at Svitla Systems, Inc. starting from 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Teacher of early development at the private kindergarden "Teremok Union" from August 2018 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for planning and teaching lessons for preschoolers, teaching English lessons, and researching new methods of early childhood development.

Olha Ch. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General from Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University. Olha pursued their studies at the university from 2015 to 2018.
