Arjen Van Dijk

Arjen Van Dijk is the current Managing Director of Svitzer Americas. Arjen has over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry, having held various leadership positions in companies such as Boskalis Offshore Energy, SMIT Harbour Towage Division, and SMIT Terminals. Arjen has a proven track record in developing and growing businesses in Latin America, and they are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Arjen Van Dijk completed a VWO at a school in the Netherlands. Arjen then studied International Business at the International Business Studies program at HEO. Afterward, they obtained their MBA at the University of Humberside & Lincolnshire.

They are on a team with Michala Paulli - Global Head of Communications, Nicolai Friis - Managing Director, AMEA, and Ingrid Uppelschoten - COO. Arjen Van Dijk reports to Kasper Friis Nilaus, CEO.
