Paula Fera is a seasoned real estate professional with a career spanning several decades, beginning in 1995 as a commercial agent in Dallas, Texas. Currently affiliated with NextHome, Inc. as a member of the NextHome Real Estate Executives since January 2020, Paula has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate across Florida, specifically from Jupiter to South Miami. Paula's previous roles include serving as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Sperry Van Ness – Miller Commercial Real Estate, where significant transactions, such as representing Palomino Bistro, were achieved.
