Jeffrey Lauer is a seasoned professional in land-use consulting and urban planning, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at SVN | Northern Commercial, where a specialization in representing land sellers is focused on the greater Indianapolis area, particularly the northside. In addition, Jeffrey is the Founder of Polis Collaborative, providing expertise in zoning, platting, and development challenges in Hamilton County, drawing on prior experience as an Associate Planner in the City of Westfield's Economic and Community Development Department. With a background that includes roles as an Associate Advisor at SVN | The Martin Group, a Contract Planner with the City of Indianapolis, and a GIS & Policy Intern at the Indiana State Department of Agriculture, Jeffrey's extensive experience is supported by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from Ball State University.
