Dan Raffe

Mr. Raffe is a member of the North America investment team and a senior operating partner focused on real estate.

Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Raffe was mostly recently Global Head of Portfolio/Asset Management at Colony NorthStar. During his 13 years at Colony NorthStar, Mr. Raffe assisted in growing the company to over $20 billion AUM, and was responsible for Portfolio/Asset Management throughout the United States and Europe. Previously, he worked at Cushman & Wakefield where he was the Managing Director of the Financial Consulting Group. He was also a Vice President of Structured Finance and Equity Investments at GE Business Property, and a Senior Vice President at USBX.

Mr. Raffe received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law School, and his B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
