Brice Maryman

Brice is an award-winning landscape architect focused on designing and planning urban green infrastructure systems. Whether imagining children’s playgrounds, promoting natural systems to prevent polluted runoff, or crafting public streetscapes, he is passionately concerned with the vitality of urban ecosystems and the health of human environments. He co-directed the ASLA award-winning Open Space Seattle 2100 project. Brice recently completed service as the Technical Advisory Committee Chair for Planning and Design for the STAR Community Index. He currently serves on the executive committee of the Seattle Board of Parks Commissioners and the Arboretum Foundation. These activities continue his deep commitment to balancing environmental and cultural values within the urban environment.
