John Defrances

John DeFrances has a diverse work experience in the food industry. John started their career at Conco Foodservice as a District Sales Rep from an unspecified date in 2000 until 2008. In 2009, they joined Doerle Food Services, LLC as a District Sales Manager, where they worked until 2021. Shortly after leaving Doerle Food Services, LLC, John began working at S&W Wholesale Foods as the Vice President of Sales in May 2021.

John DeFrances earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from LSU Shreveport in 2021. In 1997, they also attended the Culinary Arts Institute of Louisiana, where they studied culinary arts.
