Luis Hernandez

Luis Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Luis currently holds the position of Vice President of Merchandising at S&W Wholesale Foods since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Imperial Trading for 11 years, where they held various roles, including Senior Category Manager, Foodservice Specialist/Category Manager, Director of Operations/GM, and Category Manager - Foodservices. Before joining Imperial Trading, Luis worked at Save-A-Lot as an Assistant Manager from July 2009 to March 2011. Luis also gained experience at Honey Baked Ham Co., starting as an Assistant Manager in May 2005 and rising to the positions of Store Manager and General Manager. Luis began their career in 2003 as a Manager at Sal & Sam's Restaurant Inc.

Luis Hernandez has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of New Orleans. Luis also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the same university.
