Vanessa Kunze Ferreira

Vanessa Kunze Ferreira has over 10 years of work experience in the hospitality and marketing industries. Vanessa began their career in 2010 as a Reception Supervisor for Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts. In 2011, they became an Assistant Guest Relations Manager for The Doyle Collection. In 2012, they worked as a Guest Relations Executive for Corinthia Hotels Limited. From 2014 to 2016, they held roles as a Customer Service Specialist for HouseTrip, a Guest Services and Communications Executive for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), and a Cruise Attendant for Reef Magic Cruises. During this time, they also worked as an Executive Assistant for Glispa Global Group. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Digital Marketing Manager for Bäckerei Jens Kunze and a Senior Events and Marketing Manager and Senior Event & Travel Manager for WeQ Global. Currently, they are the Marketing & HR Manager for Swaarm.

Vanessa Kunze Ferreira completed their Bachelor in International Hotel Management from the SRH School of Management Dresden in 2009, with a focus on Business Administration, Management and Operations. Vanessa also obtained their Higher School Certification for University Entrance from the Clara-Wieck-Gymnasium Zwickau in 2006.
