Steve Berris has extensive experience in customer service and supply chain management, currently serving as a Customer Service Supervisor at Swagelok since December 2013. Throughout the years at Swagelok, Steve has held various positions, including Process and Data Lead for Forecast-To-Plan, Forecast-to-Plan Supply Chain Analyst, Supplier Scheduling Supervisor, Senior Supplier Scheduler, and Production Scheduler. Prior to joining Swagelok, Steve worked as an Account Manager at XPO Logistics, Inc. and as a Project Manager at Direct Recruiters. An internship at Direct Recruiters involved building databases and recruiting candidates, providing foundational skills for Steve’s subsequent success in recruitment. Steve holds a degree in Business with a focus on Operations Management from The Ohio State University, completed in 2010.
