Responsible for revenue generation, Matthew leads the sales and bid-writing teams to achieve high-levels of customer satisfaction and revenue targets consistently. The retail of Swale Heating products and services within the private sector and the development and maintenance of business-to-business relationships also fall within Matthew’s scope. Matthew’s previous sales roles within a Canadian investment bank deepened his expertise and ability to engage customers while ensuring he met expectations. Matthew is exceptionally determined and does not give up easily, personifying the term, ‘‘getting things done’.
