Swan at the Globe
Jeremy Bloor has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Executive Chef at Swan London since April 2025. Previously, Jeremy held the position of Executive Chef at Harvey Nichols from October 2001 to April 2025. Earlier in the career, Jeremy contributed as a Sous Chef at Morgans Hotel Group's St Martins Lane Hotel during its opening in early 2000 and also worked as Chef de Partie at MPW from 1997 to 1999. Educational background includes attendance at Colne Valley High School and Huddersfield New College.

Swan at the Globe
We opened our doors on London’s Bankside in early 2007 and have looked after the Globe theatre’s onsite bar, restaurant, café, event spaces and tap houses ever since. Our seasonal, modern British menus are inspired by and made with some of the best English produce from Borough Market and beyond, and with our enviable views of the River Thames and St Paul’s Cathedral, we like to think that Swan at the Globe is the first act for any discerning visitor to the theatre.
