Charles Cao is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the information technology and fintech industries, currently serving as the Founder of Swan Cloud Inc. since December 2020, where a core development team focused on decentralized storage and edge computing was built. As CEO of Nebula AI Inc., Charles leads the company's efforts in decentralized AI Cloud Computing Service across North America and Asia, while also managing investor relationships and securing over $3M in funding. Additionally, Charles serves as a mentor at Filecoin Techstars Accelerator and co-founded Nebula Block, contributing to blockchain server hosting technologies and team growth initiatives.
