Patrick O'Bright

Patrick O'Bright has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Patrick began their career at Motorola Mobility as a Program Manager and later served as the VP of Operations/General Manager at Novatel Wireless. O'Bright then joined Awarepoint Inc as the Vice President of Operations before becoming the VP of Operations/COO at Quake Global. Patrick continued to advance their career as the Plant Manager at Ducommun Incorporated and later as the Global OpEx Manager at Komatsu Mining. O'Bright then joined Wabash National, where they held multiple positions including Plant Manager, Director of Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement, and Plant Manager (Multi-Site, US and Mexico). Most recently, they worked at JCB as the Sr. Manager of Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement. Currently, O'Bright holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Swanson Industries, Inc.

Patrick O'Bright has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Patrick also has an MBA degree in the same field from the UW-Whitewater College of Business and Economics. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the CSCP certification from APICS and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
