Lee Alan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lee began their career as an IM Engineer at M, where they provided support for the Malaysia Business Unit and supported APAC countries. Lee then joined Nokia Pte. Ltd as an NBI specialist before moving to HTC Malaysia Sdn Bhd, where they served as a Regional Technical Support Manager. In this role, they managed service operations in various Asian countries and worked to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Lee then transitioned to Huawei Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a Product Manager, where they focused on strategizing and planning Huawei smartphone go-to-market strategies. Lee later returned to HTC Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a Channel Account Manager, responsible for selling HTC products to the retail channel and managing distribution partners' activities in an assigned region. Following this, Lee worked at Brightstar Supply Chain & Services, first as a Vendor Manager, where they developed and implemented device strategy objectives and managed vendor relationships, and later as the Head of Sourcing. Most recently, Lee Alan joined Swap Asia as the Director of Strategic Sourcing. Overall, Lee Alan has demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, sales management, vendor management, and channel account management throughout their career.
