Paul Perardel

Paul Perardel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer implementation. Currently serving as a Customer Implementation Manager at Swapcard since September 2022, Paul is responsible for custom implementations for North American clients, fostering strong partnerships to define success metrics and managing customer escalations. Prior to this role, Paul co-founded Les Sommeliers SpA in Chile, specializing in French wine importation. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Sopra Steria Next, where Paul managed large-scale IT projects and collaborative tools deployment. Earlier roles include communication and sales positions at RTE International and various internships that provided a foundation in project management and customer relations. Paul holds a Diplôme Grande Ecole in Digital Marketing from MBS School of Business and additional qualifications in industrial sales and mechanics.
