Iryna Olshanska

Iryna Olshanska is a seasoned professional with a background in business acceleration, strategy, and data analysis. Currently serving as a Business Acceleration Manager at Swappie since May 2022, Iryna has previously held notable positions at Finnair, including Strategy Manager and Data Analyst for Finnair Cargo Oy, where skills in building business intelligence tools and stakeholder communication were successfully developed. Earlier roles include Business Development Manager at Event Houses, where Iryna established over 50 new leads and managed partner communications, as well as analytical positions at Eesti Arengufond and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications for Estonia.
