Addison McLamb

Previously, Addison held the position of Director of Go-to-Market at Carta from May 2022 to March 2025, where responsibilities included driving market growth for VC and PE SaaS and leading teams to achieve top-of-funnel and revenue records for products exceeding $100 million in annual recurring revenue. Prior military experience as an Intelligence Officer (Captain) in the US Army from May 2016 to May 2022 involved leading analytics teams and planning operations for special forces and infantry units.
