Lisa Belanger

Lisa Belanger, MBA has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in leadership positions. Lisa currently serves as the Head of Human Resources, U.S. at SWAROVSKI, where they are responsible for designing and implementing HR plans and programs that align with the company's goals and ensure compliance with regulations. Lisa leads a team of four HR professionals and maintains fiduciary responsibility.

Prior to their current role, Lisa worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant at SWAROVSKI, where they supported the HR Benefits Team in organizational right-sizing and operational stabilization. Lisa conducted process mapping and implemented consistent and efficient processes in a change-oriented culture.

Earlier in their career, Lisa was the Executive Director of Human Resources Development at the University of Hartford. In this role, they provided strategic HR leadership, designed and implemented HR plans, and promoted the university as an employer of choice.
