Paula Rodrigues

Paula Rodrigues has a diverse and extensive background in HR. Paula started their career as an HR Analyst at Citigroup from 2006 to 2008. Paula then moved on to AES Eletropaulo, where they worked as an HR Analyst from 2009 to 2010. After that, they joined Hypermarcas S/A as an HR Business Partner from 2010 to 2011.

In 2012, Rodrigues joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as an HR Business Partner, where they worked until 2019. During their time there, they held various roles, including HR Senior Manager and Business Partner. In these positions, they were responsible for supporting all the brands and functions within the affiliate, developing people strategies, talent development, and HR business support.

Currently, Rodrigues is working at Swarovski as the Head of HR for Brazil, Chile, and Argentina. In this role, they are tasked with delivering HR solutions to the organization and developing HR plans and strategies to support business objectives and organizational culture.

Paula Rodrigues attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 2003 to 2007, studying Business Administration. Later on, from 2011 to 2012, they pursued a course in Strategic People Management at FIA - USP.
