Thomas Jozan is a skilled professional with extensive experience in client success, sales operations, and product management. Currently serving as Sr Manager Client Success at SWAROVSKI, Thomas orchestrates special projects and product customizations for Luxury and Lifestyle Brands while coordinating long-term sales planning. Previous roles at SWAROVSKI include leading the global commercial strategy for the B2B Luxury Cluster and managing bespoke lighting systems development. Thomas is also the Founder of ReuseOurWater, a startup aimed at enabling water reuse for European households. With a diverse background that includes key positions at Tungsram Group and GE Lighting, Thomas has demonstrated expertise in product development and business strategy.
