Alberto Catalano

Alberto Catalano has work experience as a Cyber Security Analyst. Alberto currently works at Swascan since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SOGETEL srl from October 2020 to September 2022, and from May 2021 to May 2022.

Alberto Catalano has a diverse education history that spans various fields of study. Alberto received a Certificate in Cyber Security from ICT Learning Solution in 2020. In 2017, they obtained a Language certificate C1 in German from the Language Coach Institute. In the same year, they also received a German language certificate B2 from Zuhause Leipzig.

Prior to their language certifications, Alberto pursued higher education in Italy. From 2013 to 2014, they studied Marketing and Management at Università degli Studi di Bergamo, earning a Laurea Specialistica degree. Before that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Sociology at Sapienza Università di Roma from 2008 to 2012, earning a Laurea triennale degree. Additionally, in 2002, they obtained a Diplo in Scientifico - Informatico from Istituto scientifico S. Cannizzaro.

In addition to their formal education, Alberto has also earned several certifications. In 2021, they obtained a Practical Cyber Threat Hunting certification from Udemy. In 2020, they completed the Python 3 certification from SoloLearn and received certifications in Introduction to Splunk and Cybersecurity Essentials from Cybrary and Cisco, respectively. In 2020, Alberto also obtained certifications in ADVANCED CYBER THREAT INTELLIGENCE, CYBERSEC4 EXPERTS, and Certificazione Cisco CCNA Cybersecurity Operations. Prior to that, in 2019, they obtained certifications in Introduction to Cybersecurity and NDG Linux unhatched from Cisco. Lastly, in 2017, they obtained the TELC Deutsch C1 Hochschule certification from telc GmbH - The European Language Certificates.
