SWAT Mobility is rapidly expanding its transport technology business in the Philippines, and we are
seeking aggressive sales individual who will help us grow the Philippine market. Through several
strategic key account partnership with relevant industries in BPO, FMCG, Logistics, Manufacturing and
Transport groups etc.

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with
potential new clients and existing strategic accounts. You will be responsible for obtaining and
maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able
to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual
satisfaction.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our transport technology business to achieve long-
term success.

Responsibilities

  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
    Research, track, maintain and update leads via outgoing calls to develop new business.
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads via SQL., (MQL) direct email marketing to key clients and prospects.
    Research and maintain lead generation database.
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs and resolving key client issues and
    complaints.
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
    Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts and establishing a timeline of
    performance.
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account.
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts
  • Working with operations partners to conduct service dry runs, testing and ensure SWAT Transport
    solution services run smoothly and exceed client expectations.
  • Working with sales team, solution delivery and service partners, marketing, and other team members
    from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of service
    are being provided based on all client requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales as key account manager and providing solutions based on customer needs.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals
    of all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated - able to function in a new office with a small number of employees and self-driven to
    adapt to the changes of a start-up environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fast learner and technologically savvy, able to pick up new tools quickly.
  • Cool-headed and patient, able to maintain professionalism during times of disputes and ability in
    problem-solving and resolve issues calmly, even when under pressure.
  • Able to do shift work and work during odd hours, to ensure operations are not disrupted during the
    entire day.
  • Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis
    on superior Excel skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Sales and Project Management/Operations preferably from the
    transportation and/or logistics industry.
  • Experience in business development, project management and operations
    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field. Candidates with a
    master’s degree will also be preferred.
