Laura Gump

Laura Gump is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in lacrosse coaching and sports organization management. As the owner of Swax Lax LLC since December 2014, Laura has focused on providing safe indoor training solutions for lacrosse coaches and players using specialized training balls. In addition, Laura has served as a lacrosse coach at Kent Place School and as the director of Swax Lax Lacrosse since January 2007, fostering self-confidence and teamwork among young athletes. Prior to entering the sports field, Laura gained experience as a project manager at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust and as a public policy manager at Pfizer. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Health Policy from Columbia University and Bachelor's Degrees in Political Science and Russian Studies from the University of Rochester.
