Bob Kroeger

Bob Kroeger has a diverse work experience in the environmental consulting sector. Bob currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at SWCA Environmental Consultants, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Vice President at the same company from March 2019 to June 2023.

Before joining SWCA Environmental Consultants, Kroeger worked at Cardno, starting in 2011. During their time at Cardno, they held various leadership positions, including Executive Vice President from July 2013 to July 2016, and Senior Vice President/Operations Manager from July 2011 to July 2013.

Prior to Cardno, Kroeger worked at Cardno ERI, where they served as Vice President/Division Manager from June 2010 to July 2011, and as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer from October 2001 to June 2010.

Bob Kroeger obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Bob pursued further education and earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Environmental Engineering from California State University Long Beach between 1990 and 1992. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 1999.
