Laura Moran

Laura Moran has over 18 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. Laura currently serves as the Vice President of Northern California & Central Coast at SWCA. Prior to their current role, Laura served as the Principal and Director of Ecosystem Restoration Services at MIG from January 2014 to January 2020. Laura has also held positions at Ramboll Environ, CAJA, and WRA, Inc. In their role at Impact Sciences, Laura was responsible for the regulatory and restoration ecology programs. Laura Moran is a highly experienced environmental consultant and has been instrumental in the growth and success of several companies.

Laura Moran has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Lawrence University and a BLA/MUP Program from The City College of New York. Laura also has certification from the Elkhorn Slough Coastal Training Program in Managing Habitats for the California Red-Legged Frog, Climate Smart Riparian Restoration, and California Rapid Assessment Method (CRAM). In addition, they have certification from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) in Habitat Evaluation Procedure (HEP) and from Rutgers University in Wetland Delineation.
