MacKenzie Richards

Mackenzie Richards, M.S. has a diverse work experience. From October 2021 to present, Mackenzie has been working at SWCA Environmental Consultants, initially as a Human Resources Intern and later as a People Support Assistant. Currently, Mackenzie holds the role of a Senior People Support Specialist at the same company.

In 2020, Mackenzie worked as a Nanny for an unspecified company, from January to February.

In 2021, Mackenzie also had a summer internship at Arizona State University, where they demonstrated their business intelligence data visualization skills through the completion of professional-level projects using Tableau Software. They also mastered technical and professional skills related to data analysis and visualization.

From 2018 to 2021, Mackenzie worked at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts as a Food Server and Bartender.

Mackenzie Richards, M.S. completed their undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, where they pursued an interdisciplinary degree in Psychology & Business Communications with a minor in Anthropology. Mackenzie obtained additional certifications in data analysis and visualization, including a certification in Data Visualization with Tableau from Arizona State University. Mackenzie is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Arizona State University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Mackenzie has also obtained certifications in Adult Mental Health First Aid USA and IRB – Social and Behavioral Research.
