Sandhy Vargas Cruz

Sandhy Vargas Cruz has over 16 years of experience in the design field. Sandhy began their career in 2005 as a UX Designer at La Usina ONG, where they were responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the website www.lausina.org. Later that same year, they joined Despegar.com as a UX/Web Designer, where they were responsible for interface design, prototyping, and user experience for the website, as well as developing and implementing campaigns for external and internal clients. In 2012, they moved to Dridco as a Web Designer, where they were responsible for graphic and web design for the portal ZonaProp.com, designing and developing online advertising campaigns, and branding and implementing social media strategies. In 2013, they joined Biciplus App as a Product Designer (UX/UI), where they defined UX, objectives, and scope of the application, created iterative prototypes, and tested with users. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at almundo.com as a Product Designer (UX/UI), where they conducted usability analysis for the company's products, developed iterative mockups, tested with users, and conducted heuristic evaluations. Sandhy has been a Product Designer (UX/UI) at SweatWorks since 2021. Sandhy also held a Multimedia Designer role at CED Facultad de Agronomía UBA in 2005.

Sandhy Vargas Cruz completed a degree in Diseñadora gráfica from the University of Buenos Aires in 2006. In 2008, they completed a Programa de Actualización en Diseño Digital from the same university. In 2015, they completed a Diplomatura en Accesibilidad y Usabilidad Web from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, with a field of study in Diseño centrado en el usuario.
