Gerda Lind

Gerda Lind is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Chefsjurist at Kemikalieinspektionen since September 2021. Prior to this role, Gerda worked as Verksamhetsområdeschef Rättsavdelningen at Försäkringskassan from January 2017 to August 2021, overseeing social insurance legal affairs. Gerda also held the position of Chefsjurist and Director of the Legal Department at SWEDAC from January 2007 to December 2016, and served as Kansliråd and Deputy Director at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Sweden, from 2002 to 2006, focusing on export promotion and internal market issues. Earlier in Gerda's career, a role as Verksjurist and Legal Advisor at SWEDAC was undertaken from 1999 to 2001. Gerda Lind holds a Jur kand degree in Law from Lund University and Copenhagen University, completed between 1990 and 1995.
